EULA - End User License Agreement

This is a license for the software package "AnywhereTS" and its accompanying documentation and images. If you do not agree with this license in its entirety, you must refrain from using the product. If this software is distributed on a medium containing several other software products, they may be released under different licenses, and should be treated as different products. This license makes no provisions for them. Qzone bundles these additional software packages in the hope that they may be useful, but makes no warranties for them. You may use this software package within your organization, for profit or non-profit. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, deconstruct or make derivative products of this software. You may not sell, lend or lease this software to third parties for profit. You may redistribute only verbatim copies of the product. This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty, specifically warranty for a particular purpose. In no event shall Qzone be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software. The total amount of damages awarded shall at most be the price you paid for the package. Should any part of this license agreement be void in your jurisdiction, or a court rules that portion of this license agreement is non enforcable, all other portions of this agreement shall still be held in full effect.
